Perm-A-Pleat is always looking for new ways to bring our customers superior quality and value, so we are happy to announce our new range of school bags which reflect an innovation in style and fabric. Our new contemporary design features follow the current trends in bag design and have been manufactured using Duralon, a highly durable and water-resistant eco-textile that is 100% PVC free and manufactured from 100% recycled material. These features combined with being lightweight, breathable and fade resistant create a school bag range that is hard wearing, long lasting and eco-friendly.

The launch of Duralon marks our push towards more socially and environmentally responsible practices. One of the ways we’re doing this is by creating PVC free products. Many Australian families are not aware of the potentially harmful effects and high risks associated with PVC. It is very common in Australia, but is a potentially harmful substance, which poses a health risk to our children as well as an environmental risk to our planet.
