Perm-A-Pleat offers a convenient and customised design service. As well as offering stock line products all year round, our in house design team and manufacturing capabilities are able to cater to your requirements and supply you with all of your custom school uniform and sportswear needs.
 Perm-A-Pleat's sales representatives work closely with our design department to create unique storyboards and garment graphics, specially tailored to suit every customer. Our graphics are able to communicate new uniform ideas and development and provide a visual representation of how a new uniform will fit in with your existing uniform. This enables you to make an educated decision regarding your uniform without having the initial expense of making prototype garments, thus cutting costs.

Points to consider with our Perm-A-Pleat representative when requesting your personalised storyboard:
1.    Do you require changes to an existing uniform or a brand new uniform development.
2.    For what season are the garments required.
3.    Advise the garments you need us to feature.
4.    Do you want your uniform themed, possibly with corded piping, flat piping, stripe detail or contrast panels.
5.    To ensure we match your colours as accurately as possible please submit fabric swatches or a PMS (Pantone Matching System) reference of the colours you wish us to represent ensuring you identify the main colour and subsidiary colours.
6.    Clarify the length of skirts or dresses you require; above the knee, on the knee, below the knee, ankle length.
7.    Do you want yarn dyed checks incorporated into your uniform, if so we have a wide range to select from or we can develop a range especially for you.
8.    Carefully consider the fabrics you wish to use.
9.    Please provide a high quality sample of your school or company logo if you wish this to be incorporated into your presentation.
