Orders e-mailed, faxed or mailed to our office are preferred Phone orders are accepted but no responsibility will be taken for any errors

DELIVERY DATES

HANDLING CHARGE

An order handling charge is applied to orders under $500.00.
The charge is $15.00 for orders less than $150.00 and $6.00 for orders over $150.00, plus GST. Handling charge will appear on the first invoice only.

RETURNS

¤ Returns for credit cannot be accepted without prior arrangement with our head office
¤ All returns must be accompanied with an authorization number issued by our office
¤ Made to order items will not be accepted for credit or exchange
¤ Stock items will be accepted only if returned within 14 days

REPAIRS

We reserve the right to repair all faulty garments where possible

PRICES INCLUDE GST

Prices are reviewed every 12 months and a new price list issued for the following year, however prices are subject to change with or without prior notice

TRADING TERMS

Payments are required by the 25th day of the month following the statement. Interest will be charged on late payments
